I just found your blog and am loving it…..i’m scottish but living on the west coast of america (i read that was one of the places you are contemplating visiting next summer and highly suggest you do – i’d be happy to help with any travel/hotel/restaurant tips).

Maji6 – Hello!

I used to tutor a muslim girl in the evenings and remember having to work with gorgeous curry smells wafting through the house. I could barely contain myself even after having eaten dinner. No idea how the family managed to control themselves.

I am in Scotland. The Asian recipes are mostly from cook books or from travel influences (Japan and Thailand) or from restaurant inspiration (especially the Indian food).
